This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and juss22 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the juss22 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Juss22 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a member's eligibility at any time. If a member fails to provide proof of eligibility, the account may be suspended until verification is completed.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at juss22. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method, is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as on your ID, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Accepted documents: MyKad, passport, utility bill (not older than 3 months), and bank statement.
• All documents must be clear, undamaged, and within their validity period.
• Members are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and must not share their login credentials with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is legally considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the support team.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit:

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Program

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. The wagering ratio is clearly stated on each promotion page.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Juss22 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection or reporting of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities or court orders.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks are completed. juss22 reserves the right to hold balances during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
